The Site is provided for general informational purposes about the La Terra community in Los Gatos, California. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.
Information on the Site is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any property, and no offer may be accepted until all required documents have been executed. Joining the waitlist does not create a reservation, contract, or any obligation on your part or ours. Any offer will be made only through formal documents and only where permitted by law.

Floor plans, square footage, lot sizes, features, finishes, amenities, pricing, availability, and estimated completion dates are approximate, may be based on proposed plans, and are subject to change without notice. The Site and its content, including text, renderings, images, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to La Terra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site in any unlawful way, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
